Unexpected Guest Visitor! Dennis Chambers!

You never know who's going to walk in our doors and say hi. Saturday Sept 29 out of nowhere, Pearl and Zildjian endorsee Dennis Chambers popped in for a visit. Dennis was in need of a ride cymbal for his cross-country clinic tour and thankfully found one he loved!

John JR Robinson clinic! Monday Sept 24th 2007
The one and only John JR Robinson gave a fantastic clinic and offered up plenty of insight and tips from one of the most recorded drummers in history. Using a killer set of Yamaha Oak Customs (now on display in the shop) and Paiste cymbals, JR laid some serious grooves down and showed us why he's become a studio legend having played with some of the highest profile artists in the world. Thanks to all for attending!

Kenny Aronoff Gives Private Lessons
Right Here at Just Drums!
The world renowned Kenny Aronoff, one of the most in-demand studio drummers around, was in town while on tour with John Foggerty and was able to come to the shop to give a full day of private lessons. A very select few jumped at the opportunity to study with the industry icon. As always, Kenny was very gracious and a total professional who was very impressed with our new home. We were proud to have Kenny teach in our studios and hang with us for the day.

First Clinic at #137 Willowdale with Bill Bruford!
The always professional Mr. Bill Bruford was our first ever master clinician here at our new home and he certainly did not disappoint. 250 eager fans patiently lined up for a chance to see Bill on his Canadian drum tour presented proudly by Tama Drums and Paiste Cymbals. Mr.Bruford put on a fantastic clinic showcasing some of the skill and knowledge he has developed over a career spanning 30 years.
